Our monthly one to one training package. This is a great transition from our 8 week kickstart programme or for someone who needs a reset and accountability with strength training.

Our 8 week fat loss programme consists of a combination of strength and cardio sessions throughout each week. This is alongside weekly seminars with our coaches to help you stay accountable to the fat loss journey. Forget dieting or quick fixes, this is a programme for you to sustain for the long term. See results that stick!
Personal training with likeminded people! Train with no more than four clients at a time and still get a personal experience with our trainers. We cater to everyone's abilities and limits.
