St Albans is the nearest larger town. People drive to Harpenden for a named coach and a private studio, rather than a gym on the high street.
If you want a gym you can walk to from the city centre, Harpenden is the wrong trip.
The drive
St Albans city centre is about 5 miles from the studio. The usual road is the A1081, often around a quarter of an hour off-peak. Peak traffic takes longer.
You arrive at Unit 1 Kinsbourne Court, Harpenden, AL5 3BL. There is no private car park. Use a public car park or an on-street bay and check the signs, or call 07447 333743.
Why people make the trip
The reason to drive over is the room and the coach. A Power Hour is the sensible first visit: £50, an hour, and a recommendation before you commit to a programme. Small-group PT is £288 a month if you will turn up because a group expects you.
